Therapy Is a Gift

Each of us will move through a period of difficulty in our lives. It’s part of the human journey. During a rough patch, it’s nice to know we don’t have to go it alone.

Therapy is a process that supports your growth and change when you are in a difficult situation. It’s a vulnerable time to meet and do the work, but in another way, it’s the exact right moment to do the work.

It can be a gift to yourself to have the support of someone who has been down their own rough road; has the education, training, and skill to facilitate a process; and the heart, grit, and compassion required to be with difficult experiences.

Healing, learning, and change are inherently uncomfortable AND are the paths that lead to great transformation and happiness.

It’s essential that therapy not just be understanding – it must also include new choices that are aligned with the truth of who you are.
