Mindfulness is a powerful practice that promotes self-realization, self-knowledge, transformation, presence, heart, and gratitude. There are now endless studies that link mindfulness and meditation to stress-reduction, happiness, health, and compassion.

Compassionate, nonjudgmental presence is at the heart of what I offer. My intention is to create a shame-free space for truth to appear. With compassionate mindfulness, we can be curious about what is presently happening in your life without the stigma of shame—a process highly beneficial to therapy.

In our work together, we will skillfully utilize mindfulness and work to heighten your self-awareness, so you can make moment-by-moment choices that are healing, empowered and aligned with your soul’s purpose.

I welcome serious meditation, yoga, and contemplative practitioners, as well as those who have little-to-no experience practicing focused attention formally.
